Service and beverage were pretty good, but the menu is a hit or miss. I prefer the yard house next door over this.
Find somewhere else in the Mall to eat if customer service and getting your food warm. We even had to ask another table for the Ketchup because our fries were staring to get to "cold"..... Now the management- i the manager on duty was not friendly could use some customer service clases. First starting with how to greet a table just with a simple "hello/ hi/ " even a smile or waving hi would have been nice if he couldn't speak.
