I would give them a zero if possible. I am so disgusted with the service we received. My family and I went on a Sunday night and there were probably around 10 people in the whole restaurant, so not busy at all. The hostess sat us in a timely manner but after that we were pretty much nonexistent to the servers. After 20 minutes we asked the hostess who was waiting on our table and she went to get someone but at the point why would we want to spend money on a place that obviously doesn't care about customer service. I've ordered from Maggie McFly's before but nothing was close to how horrible this order was. Not only was the order running behind (which I'm not typically worried about) but the food was so soggy, cold and unappetizing that I couldn't even imagine feeding this to an animal! Why would you EVER think to deliver chicken and WAFFLES with sauce on it? Unless it's pasta, it's obvious it won't hold up well! I'm pretty disgusted and unfortunately I have a timed lunch schedule so I will be hungry for the day :(

I wanted to try this restaurant because I saw a review of it on TicTok and it was highly recommended. I was happy it wasn't crowded the day we went. Our server was awesome! He made every attempt to make the experience better but the food and drinks were a disappointment. First, they have the biggest menu with a range of options. Visited today for lunch. Had a Guinness & two orders of mini bacon cheeseburgers. Asked for the check- $19.88. Gave Marquis two $20 bills so I would have change for a tip. He took the bills, said "thanks" and walked away from the register. I had to remind him that I gave him two $20's and would like my change, so he went to the register and gave me the proper change with an implausible explanation. The past two recent visits to this establishment the employees are totally lacking. The hostess was unfriendly, and completely ignored a request upon seating us! The wait staff leaves a lot to be desired. They were scarce, and unresponsive! I would think for an upscale restaurant this place would be better? I Very disappointed!

It was my first time coming, I love going and trying new things. It's was bad from the start. Find somewhere else in the Mall to eat if customer service and getting your food warm. We even had to ask another table for the Ketchup because our fries were staring to get to "cold"..... Now the management- i the manager on duty was not friendly could use some customer service clases. First starting with how to greet a table just with a simple "hello/ hi/ " even a smile or waving hi would have been nice if he couldn't speak. The server Jason was amazing but the food was awful. Barley any spinach in the spinach dip. We had cold fries mixed in with hot fires. Orange chicken lacked flavor and sauce. The cheese used in the mash potatoes taste like cheese from a macaroni and cheese dish. Vegetables were cold. The only good thing we ordered was the water with lemon.
