Worst experience. I ordered the Lobster & Crab raviolis I ask for extra sauce and today they decided to charge me extra for it. I have had it before and did not have to pay for it. the server put in my wrong food order and we had to wait. The manager was rude and nasty. if I was white they would have been nice to me and my group. It was my sons birthday. What a waste of time!!

Found this place on TikTok. Our drinks were good but the food was so sad. For our appetizers we got chicken wings and calamari. They were both overcooked to the point that some of the wings had a jerky-like texture. However, the honey siracha sauce was good. I got the short rib grilled cheese and it was so soggy that it was actually sopping wet and it ruined the sandwich completely. Only getting two stars because the food was actually good. Service is horrendous. Waiter came back 3 times to get my drink order because he kept forgetting what I said. Drinks ended up finally getting to the table once the food was already delivered and eaten. A shame. Also was out of everything it felt like. Had to originally change my drink order 3 times, and then they told me they were out of glasses so they make one of my drinks? Like ok?

Maggie McFlys in middlebury had the worst service we have ever experienced to the poiby where we didn't tip ( and that goes against all our beliefs) as well as when we wanted to speak to a mama about it.. there was no one to be found to speak to. Such a let down because we used to come all the time years ago and since we were in the area , decided to stop and have lunch on a sunday.

I went to eat there with a group of 8. Food and drinks came out very very slow. Drinks were the slowest and when the food came out, it looked like the food came out after sitting out for a while. The titanic lava cake was definitely not lava cake because they didn't heat up the cake enough and nothing came out the middle. They included tip without notifying us before hand that they'd be doing that and service was just very poor. It seemed like because tip was included already, the server didn't care about serving us. The sever was on point at all times ... this is my second time being here and the first time was back in 2015 maybe.. We got two appetizers: Buffalo chicken egg rolls and calamari. The calamity tasted like it has been there all week and we got the bottom of the barrel! Buffalo egg rolls was descent I got the cod sandwich, which was greasy as ever !!! The cod tasted old as well. If you want to give your money away stay away

Food is great but the service is very very slow. First time I can here was for a birthday party of 14 people. At that time service is great. So my wife and I came here for the second time. It took forever for the server to get us the menu and water. Then we ordered the drinks and appetizers to start off. We ordered the ahi tuna and new England clam chowder. I made a yelp account just to document this. I like this restaurant. I like the food there. It's pretty good. But the service at this location is consistently terrible. And I normally put up with it bc I like the place. But not today. So here's what happened: I went there with my mom. Started a timer when I sat down, just for fun. For once, a waiter actually came to get us drinks within ten minutes of us sitting down. But he spoke very slowly, almost slurred, which was strange. 1st visit was Spring 22 and we were unimpressed by service as it took forever to get anything and there were many mistakes. We gave them a 2nd chance today but much the same. Hostess sat us and then we sat there for 15-20 mns without acknowledgment. Quickly realized the previous experience was not a fluke and left to avoid a repeat. It was not busy at all. The staff were in clumps chatting together. Nobody ever looked our way despite our attempts to engage. Too expensive for all that.
