My party of 11 enjoyed our dinner. Ambience excellent, as well as food. We love the location and the restraurant decor and size! Always enjoy reading the piece about the history of the "home". The bar is inviting! Love the music and warm feel. Could stay all night! Service very excellent. We will be back again.
Positive experience on every level. Reasonably priced, thoughtfully constructed menu, warm ambience. Servers attentive and not overly friendly, just the right amount of attention. We will likely return if we are in town.
the round table we had was quite large so it was hard to hear from across the table with so much noise in the background
We like Mangiamo because it offers a menu fit for all tastes and budgets. From pizza, sandwiches, fine steaks and seafood they do a good job with all. We decided on Mangiamo's to entertain some friends. We knew the menu would work, both price and selection, plus they take reservations. The restaurant is just beautiful with tall ceilings, fireplaces and a good amount of space between tables. As for the service, our server, Victoria was great! We dined on 1/4/14 @ 6:00 pm. Our area was under a winter storm warning. The place was full. We were seated upon arrival. The service, food, atmosphere were all excellent. We'll be back.
We have eaten here on numerous occasions and thought we would take some friends here for New Years Eve dinner. We were very disappointed with the food. One guest left most of his entree on the plate while two others thought the pasta dish they ordered was dry and tasteless. However, the poor food quality was somewhat offset by the ambiance of the place.
Had not been there in a long time, food was fantastic, service was outstanding. Plan to return soon.
Held our small group Christmas get together and we were all extremely very happy with the entire experience. The staff was very professional and polite. The food was outstanding for all of us Keep up the great effort
As always, the food and service was great. If going out for a romantic evening, you might want to request a table where there are no chalkboards. We ended up next to a table with young kids, who were very well behaved, and very much enjoyed drawing the length of the chalkboard, which ran past our table.
