* There were 3 refinances done, and each of them is problematic * Plenty of miscommunications between the back office (Underwriters, Processors) * Demanded a long list of documentation, numbers, etc. But in the end, at the closing documents, the information listed on the assets, credits, rental information are incorrect and differ from the documentation provided. * On closing day, CD was rushed and have incorrect amount of money minutes before closing for 2 deals. * Almost had to cancel 1 refi.
