It was not Mark's performance specifically. What we were promised and procedures we were explained, were constantly changed. We had to go back and resubmit items although it was on the portal and often due to the long delays, we had to add additional statements, paystubs, etc. Our refinance took 4 months until we got the C2C & then additional time to actually close. I feel like I provided everything asked for with haste & would've appreciated the same in return.
