Mark was able to craft a refi plan that fit my unique property and still save me money. The whole process went faster than I expected which was excellent.
Mark was readily available to answer all my questions. He had a positive attitude and helped us get everything into place to be able to close in a timely manner.
Mark Henderson is an excellent loan officer. I think my frustrations and complaints lie more within the underwriters and VIP Mortgage as a whole, and not with Mark personally. This is our second refinance with Mark and VIP. Both refinances were complicated, but this second time seemed way overboard for numerous reasons even despite the COVID situation. There were several unexpected last minute challenges that I felt should have not been "sprung" upon us at the 11th hour.
