They were quick to take my money. The promised installation date was changed a few hours after making the appointment. They do not call you with an exact time until the morning of installation. I foolishly thought this was just for the installation (more later). So basically, you waste an entire day. The installation was sloppy. The installers were in a hurry (even at 9:30 am).
