They were quick to take my money. The promised installation date was changed a few hours after making the appointment. They do not call you with an exact time until the morning of installation. I foolishly thought this was just for the installation (more later). So basically, you waste an entire day. The installation was sloppy. The installers were in a hurry (even at 9:30 am). Their self professed 5 star customer service is an absolute joke. I just cancelled two orders that they were unable to perform on.

The actual process of install was great, however I bought a sun blocker for $300 and what a waste. It’s only 3 ft tall which doesn’t really give us any shade. I would have rather bought a patio umbrella for half the price.

Received a phone call and text the day before that we were the first install of the day at 9:30. Wonderful. 9:30 came and went. My husband, who had to take the day off of work, called. No one seemed to know at first why our installer wasn't here. THEN we were told that it wasn't likely to happen that day. THEN at nearly 1:00 he was told that the installer locked his keys in his truck and they were waiting for a locksmith. The installer FINALLY showed at nearly 7:30 PM.
