The actual process of install was great, however I bought a sun blocker for $300 and what a waste. It’s only 3 ft tall which doesn’t really give us any shade. I would have rather bought a patio umbrella for half the price.

Received a phone call and text the day before that we were the first install of the day at 9:30. Wonderful. 9:30 came and went. My husband, who had to take the day off of work, called. No one seemed to know at first why our installer wasn't here. THEN we were told that it wasn't likely to happen that day. THEN at nearly 1:00 he was told that the installer locked his keys in his truck and they were waiting for a locksmith. The installer FINALLY showed at nearly 7:30 PM. Update: They called back to offer the electrical service for free. I already had an electrician do the work so they refunded the $240 install. 👍 I had my awning moved from one house to another and they charged $160 for takedown and $240 to reinstall on the new home. The install was done well, but the cord did not reach the plug. I suggested using a junction box and their reply was that they weren't electricians.
