Update: They called back to offer the electrical service for free. I already had an electrician do the work so they refunded the $240 install. 👍 I had my awning moved from one house to another and they charged $160 for takedown and $240 to reinstall on the new home. The install was done well, but the cord did not reach the plug. I suggested using a junction box and their reply was that they weren't electricians.
