Have been a member for over 15 years, it is now impossible to get an appointment. The July calendar still is not open as of June 2nd. I used to be able to get my 90 minute appointments for the entire year, then it was 6 months and now they won’t open the calendar. Maybe they will be closing???
holding a gift card since 2019...everytime I try to make appointment there's nothing and they don't allow to book appointment further out than a couple of months. So sad that they can't staff appropriately for the services offered
