I pre-planned , lined up a babysitter and booked a surprise massage for my husband. I was just left a voicemail cancelling my booking !!! The voicemail timing is less than 24 hours from my appointment time (yet company policy dictates I must cancel no less than 24 hours). When I requested an easy resolution to the problem I was quickly told "no" by management . My therapist, Kaitlyn is AMAZING!!! I would highly recommend her to anyone. Unfortunately that about where the praise stops. I have never really had good luck with the way the location is ran. At my appointment yesterday, they were out of the massage cream that is very commonly used. Come to find out, they had been out for days. This is completely unacceptable for a business of this type! It not like there aren't other locations nearby that use the same thing!!!
Massage started at 4:10 and was over at 4:55 ---not an hour, felt rushed and I don't want to talk about purchasing a massage while trying to relax and get one. Pay $20-25 more and go somewhere that will give you what you pay for.
