Made an appointment 2 months ago and they cancel my appointment without calling me. When I call, now they don’t have openings till June! Just want to use my gift certificate and never will I use another Massage Envy again!

The young woman at the front desk was unbelievably rude, they insinuated that I could not afford the massage therapy, told me "we are booked we cant help you" then sat down and picked up their phone and proceeded to completely ignore me while scrolling through their phone 2 feet away from me. disgusting behavior. Dont waste your time and money here, just go to La Vida.

I’ve had a gift certificate since May 2021 that I’ve been unable to schedule.I was told they were short staffed but that was being rectified. After 8 months of not being able to schedule a massage or a facial I reached out to request a refund (multiple attempts) no luck receiving a call or message back regarding that either.

After many years going here, they started charging my credit card for someone else’s account, therefore double charging me. After WEEKS of phone calls and going in and after they admitted their mistake, I had to file a fraud claim with my bank in order to get my full refund.

Poor customer service....would not recommend at all
Jack is an awesome therapist...the administrative staff needs more training....I will be cancelling my membership TODAY! I had a situation last month and was credited with 30 minutes towards my appointment....they have a notification system to email you as a reminder of your upcoming appointments....I received an email on 15 June about their skin care promotion...however I never received an email about my appointment....the person I spoke to this morning called me at 0830 this morning to see if I could still come in know... read more
