Between a well-check for my dog, an illness for my elderly cat, and an unplanned visit for aforementioned accident prone dog I’ve been here three times over the past week. Three different veterinarians and multiple techs and everyone was super sweet and took the best care of my fur babies! Many years of bringing pets here and we’ve always had a great experience!
They take their time to answer your questions and make you and your fur baby feel comfortable. When my baby was sick they called me a couple of days after her appointment to check on her. I have never had another vet call to check in.
Brittany Dupree and her trading skill was fantastic for me. I've taken my cats to Massanutten Animal Clinic for the past 10 years after a very bad series of experiences with another local vet. I've seen a couple different doctors over that time at Massanutten and all have been excellent. My kitten just had her spay surgery there yesterday and is doing great. I most appreciate the excellent communication of the office, their efficiency in scheduling (even when emergencies arise), their high level of care for my pets, and their compassion when dealing with a pet's end-of-life situation... read more

I have a very anxious dog and the staff do whatever it takes to make her experience good. Doing so, takes thinking out of the box and listening to what might work best and patience.
