I was quite impressed starting from when I made the appointment. My cat was literally pulling hair out down to the skin but when I called my regular vet I couldn’t be seen for weeks! So started calling around with the this area first with the same answer then the last vet I called(isn’t that the case LOL) on the second day of calling I called Massanutten Animal Clinic explained the reason I was calling ,waited for an answer?! They were very accommodating. They worked my dog in, at last minute. Gave us several options.
Staff are very nice and helpful. Would highly recommend them. They make you and your fur baby feel like family, excellent care for your pets!
Have had two (emergency) vet visits in the past year and every time Mass Animal Clinic comes through with the most CARE, Compassion, and excellent, sensitive, high quality service. I couldn't recommend them higher! From the secretary at the desk to the technicians to the dr. -- all very kind-hearted and efficient. A wonderful team at an important job!

Brought in my blue heeler, who had injured his foot, badly. They had me come right in, Dr. Farhan and the incredible staff repaired his foot…and I am extremely grateful for the job they did!
Professional as well as warm and helpful. Dr Farhan is a knowledgeable Dr and yet gentle and kind to our Schnauzer girls and to my husband and I. We love our Massanutten Animal clinic
