Wonderful office with caring staff. They were very thorough and we never felt rushed.
Staff is very nice and you can tell they care. We are dealing with my first chihuahua pregnancy and they made sure to give us step by step instructions on what to do and how to care for her and the puppies, but most importantly reassured us we had nothing to worry about and brought down our anxiety levels. My chihuahua isn't fond of new people but they managed to keep her calm and made her feel safe. They preformed an ultra sound and wanted to see her again for x rays.
Mass Vet clinic are like family! They always provide the best service for our "fur babies"

All staff nice and professional, and keep you informed of exactly what will be done, and after appointment. Great COVID precautions. Love the reminder messages and follow up. Oliver needed routine vaccines and came in and out so quickly with tail wagging.
I like how quick they are and that my dog loves going there.
I can not thank the staff & Dr. Austin for taking care of my 15 year old, 8 pound fur baby in a health crisis. I can’t say thank you enough. Joey da Ears is doing better today. God Bless!
