Their commercials sell always going the mile as the normal way they do business. But I failed to experience that the entire year I had their service. I told the lawn guy not to come and he shows up the next week, where my puppy gets out and almost hit by cars. The rep from Massey just stood way back in the yard and watched, while I am feverishly trying to catch him.
