I’m extremely disappointed with Massey Services in DeLand. I had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday, April 28th at 1:00 PM. I arranged my work schedule and took time off to be available. No one showed up. I called their office at 3:30 PM and, after some back and forth, their manager realized they had dropped the ball. They asked for a second chance, and because I had used Massey years ago, I agreed. They rescheduled for today, Saturday, May 2nd at 9:30 AM.
