They put out sticky traps that I specifically asked not to use and they killed 12 of my lizards and baby snakes. I'm devastated 😭 never using them again. I was a customer for 5 years. Don't trust!

I have been a loyal Massey customer for over 10 years, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. For over a month, dead spots in my lawn have worsened. My email to Massey last week: I've been calling in complaining about a large segment of grass looking bad and needing care on the south side of my yard for a couple months now and it's gotten much worse. I had a Drake Technician come over and confirm a chinch bug infestation. This is, by far, not the first time my yard has had issues with them in my 8 years service. Stay away from this location. Their billing department tries to take advantage of you and doesn’t properly note when you want to cancel. I am still fighting to dispute a charge from APRIL I did not authorize as it is now JULY! I cancelled services yet they claim a note said to restart it however they did not log the time I called that overrode that note. I’ve called countless times and it’s been a major headache. Really let down with this company. Their general manager James Underwood was supposed to cancel my account in January. He said he did that and I still continued to get a bill through today for another $100.00. When I called corporate it was like talking to an AI that kept repeating herself until I gave up and hung up. For a company that is so big on service, they can certainly do a better job of how they speak to their employees!
This company treat their employees horrible! They fired an employee for something someone else did unknowingly. This is against GA laws and the company will be sued.
We have begged and pleaded with them to give some kind of a heads up a few days before coming and this falls on deaf ears. We have a gated driveway, fenced yard, and dogs. WE NEED TO KNOW A FEW DAYS BEFORE WHEN THEY ARE COMING! Why is that so impossible for them? Massey was great initially after installation of our St Augustine grass. However something has changed, they tried to bill for services NOT rendered and lately our monthly service if I left to them would become bimonthly. Today was third month I had to call, service was performed on 6/23 and they have us scheduled again for 7/7. I’m in the market for a new lawn care professional, I shouldn’t have to call every month.
