We have begged and pleaded with them to give some kind of a heads up a few days before coming and this falls on deaf ears. We have a gated driveway, fenced yard, and dogs. WE NEED TO KNOW A FEW DAYS BEFORE WHEN THEY ARE COMING! Why is that so impossible for them? I got a text message at 7:10PM last night which is a Sunday night that they are coming the next day, which happens to be a day for me to have a doctor's appointment. Massey was great initially after installation of our St Augustine grass. However something has changed, they tried to bill for services NOT rendered and lately our monthly service if I left to them would become bimonthly. Today was third month I had to call, service was performed on 6/23 and they have us scheduled again for 7/7. I’m in the market for a new lawn care professional, I shouldn’t have to call every month. Knowing Massy and seeing their reviews, I am sure this will not come as a surprise to many, but STAY AWAY! Two years ago, as a new Villager, I signed up for their service bundle of termite, pest control, sprinkler maintenance, and lawn/tree/shrub fertilizing. I pre-paid for a one-year contract & trusted them to fulfill their end of the deal. 6 months into the contract, I discovered multiple sprinkler heads broken and misaligned despite them “servicing” my sprinkler system less than two weeks prior. We’ve used Massey services for the last three years for their green up lawn service. Our lawn has been dead or dying ever since. I have tried to work with them multiple times to rectify the situation but each time the sense of urgency is non existent and calls to check on progress go unanswered. Buyer beware.

Crap customer service. Inadequate treatments. Never any calls before showing up. Still have weeds and pests. Got lied to from sales to regional manager. I would not recommend Massey to anyone I know. I canceled w Robert today bc of crappy services. Wasted money.

I've been forced to use Massey by my insurance company for repairs on my home due to a previous Hurricane. They have missed several appointments, gone MIA for several months at a time, and still haven't completed the job. It has been over 5 months now with my insurance company constantly calling them with very little results. I wouldn't recommend anyone using them by choice. They just missed another appointment today.

Unethical behavior by my standards. They allowed another person who shouldn't have access to my account to change personal data including credit card and email information. The lady that I spoke to admitted that she helped the individual change the data and sounded as if she was justifying it when I asked her why.

I have been a happy customer of peninsula pest control for years until it was sold to Massey services and that is when everything went downhill. I have been lied to by managers, techs & office personnel ( with proof of emails & videos on our property to back this up) WE ARE DONE! My service was was scheduled the week of April 24, 2025. I contacted the office by email on April 7 asking them to please add flea control to our treatment on the 24th.
