I do not recommend this lawn and shrub care company. We gave them a second chance after a previous failure, trusting their promise that things had changed. Unfortunately, after two years, the condition of our lawn and shrubs has only continued to deteriorate. After reviewing our security camera footage, we repeatedly confirmed that technicians were not performing the services they claimed to complete. This is my first bad review, ever. I was just charged $85 right before Christmas for a service I had absolutely no idea about. David, a service tech, came to my home last year over a mosquito issue. He said this mosquito bucket typically works. He said there isn’t much they can do for mosquitoes, the bucket was going to be a one time ordeal. There services for termite prevention came with the house when we built it from the builder in 2019. We have paid for the service ever since. Last 2 years I have questioned if anyone actually came out. This year had the same issue. This year we have cameras covering our entire yard, streets, and driveway. We also have locks on all of our gates requiring us to unlock them for anyone to get into our backyard. No one ever came out but I got an invoice and inspection notice. My lawn after 6 mos of their “service “. Horrible.
Hired Massey for one treatment. They sent someone out the following month for additional service. Service was not performed. Just realized they have now billed me $130 for services not performed!!! Multiple phone calls have been made and still they charge me. This is extremely frustrating!! I told Massey I wanted one service after moving into a new house.
