We gave Massey multiple chances to do the right thing. We have asked for refunds as we paid a year up front. Will never do that, and if I have to I will post on every web site. They don't even bother to show up at all. Called this week twice. On Oct 13 again. Even tried Corp office in Orlando. They have ruined our lawn by NOT fertilizing and putting down weed killer. Terrible company and service. All the negative comments you could imagine still wouldn’t describe how bad this business is. They charge for quarterly pest control but only come once in three months. I paid for service in July that was supposed to cover three months, and when I canceled in September, they claimed I had no credit left because they came once back in July. Buyer Beware: I have been a Massey customer for 24 years. On 8/4/25 a Massey technician applied the wrong chemical to my lawn. On 8/6 my lawn started dying. On 8/13 a supervisor inspected and acknowledged the extensive damage was caused by them and said they would make it right. It is now 8/29 and my phone calls are not being returned. The extraordinary service they say they provide is extraordinarily absent.

They put out sticky traps that I specifically asked not to use and they killed 12 of my lizards and baby snakes. I'm devastated 😭 never using them again. I was a customer for 5 years. Don't trust!

My email to Massey last week: I've been calling in complaining about a large segment of grass looking bad and needing care on the south side of my yard for a couple months now and it's gotten much worse. I had a Drake Technician come over and confirm a chinch bug infestation. This is, by far, not the first time my yard has had issues with them in my 8 years service. Stay away from this location. Their billing department tries to take advantage of you and doesn’t properly note when you want to cancel. I am still fighting to dispute a charge from APRIL I did not authorize as it is now JULY!
