After signing up with Massey Services, Inc, I did a little research on other services. My main goal was to keep the termite bond that came with the property. I decided to go with pest control also. Then realized the pest control services are grossly overstated. Trying to get the refund back for paying the year in advance has been a nightmare. Ever since Massey Services acquired Peninsular in Jacksonville, FL the quality of the service for lawn maintenance has declined tremendously. First with technicians or office not calling ahead of time to advice of treatment visits, gates left open, and the most recent incident of showing up without notice and leaving no instructions for post treatment care. Don’t trust this company scammers they do not back up their work .now this company has caused health issues in all living breathing people animals that are dying I’m loosing my service dog sad

I just got a bill from Massey threatening to hurt my credit for payment due when service is rendered. NOBODY CAME TO SPRAY MY HOME FOR TWO QUARTERS NOW. This was the third time it happened and I've had enough! I'm not paying for service I did not get! This should be illegal! The last time this happened,the guy told me I was wrong. Massey Services is awful - I would never recommend them! I signed up for their lawn service. They never came out for the service, but are insisting I pay for it. I tried many times to contact them since March and a manager NEVER called me back. I have emails and call logs of my attempts and a manager has never contacted me, yet they are insisting that I pay for a service that never happened. How difficult should it be to have manager contact someone in an 8 month period?! Completely unprofessional. Do not trust them!!!

I wanted to share my experience with Massey Services to caution others. Recently, one of their vehicles caused damage to my son's basketball hoop due to an open door on a moving vehicle—an incredibly dangerous situation. Despite knowing they were responsible, no one from Massey customer service has reached out to offer a solution or even an apology. So I have used Massey for prob ten yrs. They go through more techs than I have ever seen, or that’s what they tell you every month when a new one shows up to supposedly treat your lawn for weeds! I usually have to call them back out three times after they come just to spay the weeds. Short of putting a sign with arrow pointing to each patch of weeds I don’t know what else to do.. I have been using Massey for over 6 years. I called today and asked to meet with a manager about my lawn. When he arrived all he wanted to do is argue about how all my neighbors are blaming Massey for there terrible looking lawns. I pointed out how nice my neighbors lawns were that didn’t use Massey. In just the past 2 months a few of my neighbors dropped there service. After the experience I had today I asked the manager to drop mine. Terrible service. I would appreciate if a DISTRICT MANAGER would call me.
