If I could give negative stars, I would. They were recommended to me by my landlords management company. $300 for the initial service to include 3 visits and as many follow up visits as necessary. The “manager” who’s actually just a salesman came out first to ”assess“ the situation then the treatment guy came out. I had to specifically tell him where to treat bc he was just going to treat the outside & leave. I have ghost ants inside and fire ants outside. He should know how to treat them, simple pest control. Avoid this company... I paid for a full year upfront to avoid any contract. After that year ended, they kept billing me. They claim I agreed to an ongoing contract based on small print on the back of the receipt. I never agreed to that. I didn't offer to repay because the service was poor and my yard looked worse, not better! See attached picture after 1yr of lawn service!!! I just discovered they have thousands of complaints on the Better Business Bureau and on here!

Dear Massey landscaping, I've been with you for over a decade and my lawn is atrocious. Your service technicians should be embarrassed to let my lawn get to this point. I'm beyond frustrated with the mole cricket infestation. And my backyard is dead. I expect Massey to make this right. I'm at 1960 Black Oak Lane in The Villages, FL. Their commercials sell always going the mile as the normal way they do business. But I failed to experience that the entire year I had their service. I told the lawn guy not to come and he shows up the next week, where my puppy gets out and almost hit by cars. The rep from Massey just stood way back in the yard and watched, while I am feverishly trying to catch him. Predatory and deceiving practices. They will send you additional bills even though you prepaid for a set and agreed for price. After complaining about their services, the manager came out and tried to up sell us on termite and mosquito services while not even addressing the original issue. Avoid this company at all cost!
I've tried to give this company benefit of the doubt and time to get their act together. Been with them for about 4 years right after I landscaped my front. Irrigation, Provista turf, srubs, and even the big Reclinata I did myself. Nathan, the General Manager left last year and things have literally went South. Like night and day. If yall are looking at the bad reviews and thinking "man no way can they suck that bad" I can assure you, they do. My technician was awesome, he was really nice and did a good job when he came. We did schedule services multiple times and the person just never showed though, which was frustrating. After I moved, we kept it so my roommate could keep getting coverage until the lease was done and she also moved. I was billed for a service and asked her about it, she let me know no one ever came.
