Palm Beach Gardens Office Absolutely the worse! Don’t come when they say they are. Amazing the trucks are always breaking down and people are sick! Need to walk the property with them so they treat the weeds or your lawn will never get the proper attention. Shrubs were losing leaves and asked the tech to look at during a routine treatment. Worse service ever!! They never fixed the problem only made it worse. When I talked to the service manager he told me it was nothing he can do about it. I also asked for my money back per their money back agreement online and he told there is no money to give back even after I payed them. I will not recommend this service to anyone stay clear!

We started the contract with Massey two months ago for pest prevention. Last week I called them because the increase of cockroaches at my house and the technician came last Thursday (07/09/2020). I was busy with my kids and he went by himself in all bathrooms to spray the product under the sink. In the same day we notice that my husband's Rolex disappeared at our house. He always left the watch on the bathroom. We called the company but they just said to call the police because they had nothing to do. The technician name is ... read more
