Update ( from ⭐ to ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐) When I wrote this review (below) 11 months ago I had no intentions on staying with Massey. What's transpired over this time completely changed my mind. I was contacted by Bryan Lawrence and he came to see what was going on. He corrected some mistakes and talked me through what he was going to do. I was grateful for the correction but still lacked trust that it would be good going forward. That's changed. Massey at 1st was good but then new people started coming and ruined our lawn. They killed the grass, there is a bunch of different weeds all over and they do nothing. We have called multiple times and we always get “ manager will call you shortly” and they never do. Last time they came they said “ manager is scheduled to come and inspect and nothing yet.. Really irresponsable from their end . But they are fast to collect payment when they come. 😡 BAD BAD!!!!!

So I had Massey for a year doing my patio and I had to call them 4 times to come back a fix a poorly done job. The team, simply did not learned. Also, I cannot stand the fact that they always leave their truck running while performing a service increasing their already high carbon signature (carbon emissions), wasting gas resources, which will increase their operating costs.

We had Massey for an entire year. i was never home when they came but i called a few times in the summer because the back yard wasnt green. i was home one day and come to find out they werent going in the back yard at all. they auto renewed and i didnt know they did this. i contacted them immediatly and now they want to place mechnic lean on our house for 59.99. the manager. is aware the year of service wasnt preformed to quality

I had Massey install a sprinkler system, sod my front yard, and have been provided lawn treatments continuously for the past two years. When installing the sprinkler system, they cut through the roots of the tree in my back yard. Needless to say, next storm, it fell. They did nothing to help. After two years my lawn looks like the pictures. Service people are nice, but what am I paying for?

Palm Beach Gardens Office Absolutely the worse! Don’t come when they say they are. Amazing the trucks are always breaking down and people are sick! Need to walk the property with them so they treat the weeds or your lawn will never get the proper attention. Shrubs were losing leaves and asked the tech to look at during a routine treatment. He did nothing. Two weeks later they look worse and called the office and was told someone would call to come out. No one called. Worse service ever!! They never fixed the problem only made it worse. When I talked to the service manager he told me it was nothing he can do about it. I also asked for my money back per their money back agreement online and he told there is no money to give back even after I payed them. I will not recommend this service to anyone stay clear!

We started the contract with Massey two months ago for pest prevention. Last week I called them because the increase of cockroaches at my house and the technician came last Thursday (07/09/2020). I was busy with my kids and he went by himself in all bathrooms to spray the product under the sink. In the same day we notice that my husband's Rolex disappeared at our house.
