I’ve been trying to reach a service manager for 6 weeks or so. All I wanted was to have the tech removed from my account as he scorched large portions of my lawn (he asked me part way though the service “what kind of grass do you have?”) Still not spoken to a service manager..I now want that tech removed from my account and someone to come fix the grass the tech burnt. I have 3 services with Massey now..they are all getting canceled if someone can’t fix this simple issue. I’ve been more than patient.

If I could give a zero, I would. The care they have given to my home and protection has been abysmal. In large print on their service reports it is noted to call ahead, give me a time of service, if pesticides are being used, time of spraying, to close and latch the gate when done. I have 2 dogs and none of this has been followed except for a phone call that they would be out in a few days. Once again, my gate has been not been closed and left my pets at harm. I am massey customer since 1999 for pest control and termite; before few years I got their service for irrigation and lawn service I have issue with the lawn since more than 4 months and part of the sod has to be changed So far few mangers Larry, Mark and others visited and told me that we will change it in few weeks but nothing happened! Every time I called the person Kim will tell me the manager has to approve! Very disappointed with Massey. Pictures of our lawn today are attached. After a long period of time where they blamed us for the problems with our lawn (too much water, too little water, etc) we reached out to them multiple times about the state of our lawn. A manager finally came to visit us in August acknowledging the issues and advised they would plug part of the lawn and use Roundup (or similar) in the worst area to kill the weeds and then return to sod or plug that area. They are horrible at lawn care. i called twice in two weeks about my shrubs being overgrown with weeds. They claimed someone came out three days ago and did, Edging”. If you look at my shrubs now, nothing was done

My appointment complex hired them and they are awful, I came home after work and my floors were nasty with the exterminator shoe prints everywhere, poodle of dirt, mind you I am a very clean person, 1 st time, second time nope!

Yard has never looked so horrible. Your people don’t mow entire yard, take care of weeds, or return phone calls. Have been threatened with fine for grass and weeds that you were supposed to be taking care of. Nothing but lies and false promises when you finally do get to talk to someone. The worst lawn service I could ever imagine.

To all my friends and clients, please do not hire MASSEY Services Lawn Care. They are just name, a trash company. They just grab your money and forget about the customer service. The worst service ever. I got the water bill for around $600 because the person fixing the Irrigation system did it wrong and we didn’t know there was an underground leak and of course the grass is not as it supposed to be. Please do not hire this people.
