Massey Services is awful - I would never recommend them! I signed up for their lawn service. They never came out for the service, but are insisting I pay for it. I tried many times to contact them since March and a manager NEVER called me back. I have emails and call logs of my attempts and a manager has never contacted me, yet they are insisting that I pay for a service that never happened. How difficult should it be to have manager contact someone in an 8 month period?! Completely unprofessional. Do not trust them!!!

I have been using Massey for over 6 years. I called today and asked to meet with a manager about my lawn. When he arrived all he wanted to do is argue about how all my neighbors are blaming Massey for there terrible looking lawns. I pointed out how nice my neighbors lawns were that didn’t use Massey. In just the past 2 months a few of my neighbors dropped there service. After the experience I had today I asked the manager to drop mine. Terrible service. I would appreciate if a DISTRICT MANAGER would call me.
We just moved to The Villages in Florida and sign up with Massey, they supposedly came out to fix my irrigation, not fixed! No one returns my calls! Probably will cancel!

We have had Massey Scam services for 13 years to cover termite,pest, etc. we found out today that we had had some rodent damage in our garage which was protected we thought by Massey 6,000 worth. The damage is not covered. Do you know how much money we have spent,thousands of dollars probably over the last several years yet there’s no damage because it wasn’t damaged by one of their employees. Here’s the million dollar question does John Morgan hire messy services?

1.5 rating? It should be zero! Not only do they make their employees work for free by sending their techs to “requests” made by customers, but their entire pay scale for their techs is bogus. Techs only get a commission off of what they call the production value but meanwhile they are charging the customer more per month based on what the customers plan is. West palm beach office is terrible, Very disorganized, the technicians were okay but the office staff had them running around and not communicating the customers needs. I was promised one of my pest treatments would be credited, but they continued to bill me for it.I Couldn’t deal with the monthly issues, canceled my contract, stay away from Massey west palm beach.

Massey has not taken care of my lawn problem. They lie to the customer and you can't get a straight answer. I have pics of my lawn I would love to send to the president of Massey. Let him determine if his company takes care of the customer.

We signed and prepaid a contract in October 2022. Weeds were our biggest concern. To date, there is no evidence that they are being controlled at all. We were accused of over spraying for weeds which was not true and it appears on every monthly statement. It would be nice to have some upper management come out and take a look at what is…NOT BEING DONE! And then let’s see some results to our request!
