Matchbox has always been good about responding in a timely manner and fixing things in my apartment and replacing appliances. My property manager, John, responds to emails quickly and is good at explaining things. RecommendedMatchbox has always managed my rental properties and I can only say good things about this company. They are quick to respond to maintenance needs so I do not have to worry about them. Plus I know my tenants will always be taken care of. All of the years I have had my properties managed by Matchbox, I have never had a vacancy. My tenants are happy... I am happy... it's a win - win!
If you are moving into one of their units, take a full video of all walls, floors, ceilings, bathroom, closets, etc. Anything you find wrong while being a tenant should be addressed with them with a work order and a picture at that time. If you think a crocked miniblind is harmless, wait until you have to pay $150 to have it replaced even though it was like that when you moved in.
