I’ve been with Matchbox for almost 3 years. I live in an older unit which requires more maintenance. Matchbox has always been good about responding in a timely manner and fixing things in my apartment and replacing appliances. My property manager, John, responds to emails quickly and is good at explaining things. Additionally, maintenance has been very flexible with my schedule and we usually set a time for them to come by instead of them just randomly showing up. Matchbox has always managed my rental properties and I can only say good things about this company. They are quick to respond to maintenance needs so I do not have to worry about them. Plus I know my tenants will always be taken care of. All of the years I have had my properties managed by Matchbox, I have never had a vacancy. My tenants are happy... I am happy... it's a win - win!
