Do not recommend. My daughter leased an apartment for 2 years. During that time, there were no updates to the apartment. Before she moved out, the apartment above her had a leak that poured water in her apartment. They are not returning her deposit…guess why?? Carpet damage. She was charged for a light bulb, a battery for a smoke alarm, etc. They are keeping her deposit and charging an extra $200. My boyfriend has a lease with these folks however doesn’t live in the apartment. There is another tenant who is on the lease who pays the entire bill because HE lives there. However matchbox has been charging us for half the rent STILL and sent us to collections for $1,500. DO NOT RENT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED OR HAVE A GREAT, CHEAP LAWYER.
