Could have provided more background (up front) as to what documents and/or issues that would be required of us. It seemed that the requirements of us were incrementally disclosed. Nearing the closing it seemed that every day brought a new request for some piece of new required information. This may have been the fault of the specific loan officer (not Matt) not being completely involved in the process.

Matt and his team always looked out for my best interest and if I asked for a loan that was not in my best interest, they told me so. Thanks guys.... getting a loan can make us a little nuts and we need guidance.
