Better communication. Don’t lead client on to believe he can electronically sign closing docs. Left town and was forced to come back after couldn’t meet original closing date due to nothing other than poor planning from lender

Very unpleasant experience. We went out of contract three times because you could not meet your own self imposed timelines. This risked my $50,000 earnest money deposit. Would NEVER recommend your company. Paperwork was sloppy; wrong addresses, improper charges. I could go on and on, but out of space.\n

During our re-fi process, we communicated from the beginning what we desired in our refi in order for us to move forward with the loan. Communication back was little to non-existent. Documents were sent without explanation and in disregard to initial 'asks'. When we asked why the re-fi was structured the way it was and not to our initial requests, we would again have to state what we wanted in the re-fi in order to move forward. Multiple times documents had to be redone. It was not good.

Matt needs someone that can help him communicate and organize documents. Myself and the builder had to send numerous documents/items twice in order to get the file complete. It is concerning that the financial related documentation could be misplaced or not received and needed to be resent.
