Matt was very timely in his communication and was great to work with. We lost our financing with another vendor 11 days before closing and Matt and the VIP mortgage team jumped in within a half hour of our realtor asking for their help. That allowed us to close on the original closing date. That’s an 11 day closing!!!!!! If not for Matt and his team at VIP we would have lost out on a tremendous opportunity, but because of them we now own our dream home.
