Due to location (buying in California) there were a handful of issues that would have made the transaction smoother: invalid home insurance quote, appraisal scheduling that cause a late close of escrow, as well as incorrect accounting of final closing numbers and items in mortgage impound account (didn't add full 12 mo. of insurance premium). Having started process with Cyndy Wilson and transitioning to Fairway and inaccessibility due to travel made for some of the issues, but OK experience.
