The customer service is not that great. I had to go there 2 twice and was denied services both times. The place is decent.
The only reason I still take my children to this office is because of Dr. Skaliks being here! She is really great explains a lot, and over explains often to where she has answered all my questions without me even asking! Another plus is Nicole! Both so sweet, kind and caring which many people in this office lack, sadly since it's a pediatric office. And I know I've taken my daughter here the past 5 years. Mi experiencia aquí fue muy complaciente. Yo no hablo inglés pero una persona me ayudo y me tradujo las cosas en español. No recuerdo bien su nombre pero creo que era Harry or Harvin. Gracias a él la visita fue más fácil
Keiry is the best MA there she does a very good job and is very fast ! She is also very nice and helpful !
5 stars for Keiry and Harvy and Ciara! They're the best medical assistants in the md kids west Plano team. The front staff is nice but these three MA's are the reason we keep coming back. They treat my kids with respect and kindness and always go above and beyond.
Clinic was great, my son and I love Dr. Alwan but it's hard to get anyone on the phone. I left two voicemails last week and I've yet got a call back. I'm having to drive all the way from Dallas just to discuss my sons prescription.
This staff is the best. After what had to have been an insanely crazy busy day, I could not believe how welcoming, nice and professional they were. Very impressive. A big thank you for a painless shot goes to Erika Garcia. The front desk staff could not have been any nicer and are extremely efficient!
I took our infant here last week for her four month check up. Waited about 20 min, and then had a thorough checkup by the nurse and doctor. Loved Dr. Thompson they gave us a summary of the visit afterward, along with some handouts about things I had questions on. They let me stay in the exam room and nurse my baby after they gave her the vaccines. We'll be back!
We had a great experience at this office. The staff was very friendly and we got in quickly. The nurses and doctors have a lot of knowledge and seem to really care about my kid.
