Horrible front desk staff. Our health insurance collapsed, lucky my little one is one healthy baby but my she need her 18m+ vaccine shots so we called in a month and half before her appointment to ask how much we need to pay out of pocket. One staff ensured us that the visit gonna be $108 and $8 for each shot. Then the day of the appointment when we checked in they said $210 and $10 for each shot. First of all, i would like to recognize Dr. Conrad, all medical assistants, and the nurses, especially Connie, so loving, helpful, and GREAT to my kids, i have continued to go here specifically for the care that they give, back staff is awesome! Horrible place!! Do not be fooled by the nice exterior or interior. The doctors may car for their patients but their staff is absolutely horribly atrocious. Every time my wife has to go there for an appointment she gets there on time or early and has to wait over a 1/2 in the waiting area and then 45-60 mins in a room waiting to be seen from the doctor. I wish I could give them 0 stars. I was never able to reach the office at any time. The phone was always busy and the front staff was rude enough to put you on hold without letting you know. They just don't care to return your calls and they say you need to come to office to fix up an appointment. They are so rude. I am glad I did not take my child there. This wad the experience I had for a new patient.

Don't take your children here. Bad management, careless front desk staff, and all the great doctors have left due to issues at this clinic.

This is by far the worst pediatric practice I have ever been to. To begin with, my son has been improperly diagnosed on multiple occasions. The worst of which I took him in due to fever, runny nose and cough. I was told his ears and everything looked fine so most likely it was viral. The next day his eyes were oozing and overall he appeared worse. I then took him to an urgent care facility where he was diagnosed with a severe double ear infection as well as an eye infection.
