To all parents, This office is not the best at returning your calls. I had an incident with them a few weeks ago and I tried to call their office and left emails and messages and no one ever got back to me, until I had to physically go to the doctor's office. In addition, my son's specialist attempted to get ahold of the office for several days and they also never returned her call. I can not comprehend how this place or anyone in it is considered a professional. I can't tell you any other place besides the military you wait longer. If you have an 815 appointment you aren't being seen until 945. After that hour and half wait the doctor spent 2 1/2 mins with my child and then left. So what in the hell is happening? Y'all growing and brewing your own coffee?! 3 mins a patient and then 30 min wait to recoup?! This place is nothing short of ridiculous. Very unprofessional environment Dr. Erica Randall came into the room and said which patient are you. I told her my daughters name and she said oh yeah okay so why are you here? I was wondering if she had even looked at any of the paperwork before entering the room bc she should have known that. I was there for a neurology referral to switch doctors. Thanks for wasting my ####### time again! This is not the first time by far, but it may be the last. You called fishing for appointments, and my kids were due, so okay... You set a time of 9:30 for my kids on a Saturday. I work nights and sleep much of the morning, but okay. Set my arm right then to be sure I was there on time. This used to be an ok enough office but today was terrible for multiple reasons .... mainly the lack of cleanliness and the disrepair of the whole place. It was GROSS! No soap in the bathroom or exam room. Filthy floors. Stained furniture everywhere. Old tape residue on surfaces with gunk clinging to it. Rusty handicap bar in the restroom. Never pick up the phone. The most horrible phone service!! I'm waiting to talk to someone for 15 mins then they hang up on you!! Taken me an hour just to get someone on the phone then she hangs up. Awful customer service and rude, please find another doctor and don't use them!! The clinic is gross and so dirty all the time!!! This whole place is nasty and the people working there are too.

First they put my appointment down for the wrong location. I took my kids in on Tues. The nurse practitioner prescribed 2 medications per child which included eye drops. The pharmacy couldn't fill it due to the brand not being covered by the insurance. I've called the office 4 times and keep getting told that the notes are in the system waiting for the Dr to read. The worst customer service by the front staff and the manager. They made an appointment for me change the appointment day and time and did not notify me and I even brought in the appointment reminder with the date and time and no one had an answer for me. They just kept talking to me like I was crazy like I couldn't read what the heck the appointment reminder said after I showed it to several people. This is unacceptable and poor practice!

I've never experienced this level of ineptitude in a professional setting in my entire life. Routinely behind schedule, plan to spend at LEAST an hour waiting for a room. Office staff that is dedicated to doing the absolute bare minimum, they must keep their records in a burning dumpster because all three of my children have had to fill out new patient paperwork multiple times.
