Took my son to be seen for strep last month for the first time and loved it! The front desk was friendly and helpful! And Dr. Parsons was the best! I will definitely bring my son back!

Best clinic to take your kids!! From front office staff to the physician, I'm always happy to bring my children here because I know they will get the proper care they need. I never leave wondering about prescriptions they take time to make sure you fully understand everything before leaving. Love this office highly recommend!!

This is by far the best pediatric office I have found ! As a mom of four I can really appreciate getting in and out of the office quickly . I love that my questions were thoroughly answered by Samantha Parsons . She goes above and beyond to make sure I understand any issues my kids may be having . Thank you MD Kids !

Came in to see Dr Hoover and she was amazing. Very thorough and passionate about kids. Cannot wait to come back and get the final results from her. The wait was only 5 min. Checked in took less then a min.

Dr. Conrad and the entire staff have been wonderful in the care of my newborn grandson. She is very patient and caring. She takes her time in answering all of my daughter's first time mommy questions.

Terrible service. My son was suffering from an allergic reaction and had been experiencing diarrhea and vomiting for a week, yet they didn't prescribe any medication or order any tests. Don't bother going there--look for another place.

They never answer the phone! Ive been calling for the last 3 days (20 calls) because i moved away and where i live theres no MD kids and I can't afford to drive all the way there for my test results. The call gets sent straight to voicemail and you don't get a call back.

I have been waiting a month and a half for a doctor to sign a referral sent from another office. I had to call them and figure out my child needs to go for a check up before the doctor sign the document. No one cared to call me and say, Hey, we got a document that needed to be signed, but in order to do that we have to see your child. Absolutely unacceptable!
