The Dr is nice, but the stuff are horrible, I took my kid for to the MD Kids for flu shot only, but after let me wait for half an hours, the MA who set us in the patient room told me to fill out a bunch of paperwork since my daughter is a currently patient there, she told me that my kid need to be check up with out notifications, since she already check up one on April, and my daughter see Dr.Shyung for few years since she was born. Absolute worst office staff possible very rude and it takes FOREVER to be seen they lose your paperwork on a regular basis and then office staff thinks it's okay to yell at you from the back of the office.

Don't take your kids to this place is a horrible place to take kids to staff is horrible rude and don't care about patient care took my kid for a sick visit and end it up doing a well and sick visit what the heck all they care is about money no patient care. Don't know what children's was thinking on selling there clinics to this company. I had the worst experience when I took my kid the other day never going back to this clinic. After they changed to MD, they let us wait for more than 1 hour even though we had appointment. Not only one time but several times. Doctors talk fast and obviously don't want to talk to patients and want us to leave asap.

Dr. Jacob has been my now 6 month old daughters pediatrician and it seems like every time I've set an appointment (at least a month and a half before) I get a call a couple of hours before her appointment saying she's not going to be available at the time that their office scheduled us to go In. Ridiculous!! At this point we have only gone in a handful of times she's still so little. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! Please do not waste your time and come here! I've always had a horrible experience with the staff. Thy are rude, they always have an attitude, they are unwilling to accommodate your needs and they are a "it's our way or the highway" type of pediatric group. I continuously have a horrible experience every time I come with my newborn. They almost made me cry one time on how rude they were. I am not an emotional person, but please don't come here! My wife took my children to the doctor because my daughter has pinkeye. While she was in the waiting room, it became clear that my oldest son was very very sick. He was visibly not feeling well and was extremely hot to the touch. They refused to see my son, sent him home with what turned out to be 103° fever. I cannot believe that they refused to see and refused to treat him physically sick child. They are too big, and do not care at all about you as a parent.
