They installed my AC, which came with a faulty part from the factory (which sometimes happens) they had no problem switching it out, and made several trips to my house to make sure it was performing perfect. Highly recommend.

We have been very impressed with this company overall. We had major issues with another company that continually could not resolve our AC issues and kept finding ways for us to have to spend excessive amounts of money for parts and/or telling us we need a new unit- even with everything under extended warranty (unit is only 5 years old).
