Our experience has been okay; however, for years we’ve called about our main family room and the heat being too hot, as well as the floor staying warm (radiant heat) even though the thermostat was down. Several people came out said they took care of it but it continued. Apparently it was a matter of fixing our thermostats. The las person out calibrated them and finally after many years of wasting oil or money the problem seems to be corrected. Lastly, the oil prices are too high for loyal customers like us.
