Our agent Joel Licata was TERRIBLE!! WORSE PERSON TO DEAL WITH!! He is completely rude and does not care about you or his reputation. Only cares about getting paid. We would not recommend this company if you have to deal with Joel!
Connected to Mercury via on line brokerage site as customary, they (Kandy) responded first. As such, based upon their quotation, I committed to their services/price. After 3 days they did not provide any confirmation, only a late shipping option at nearly 50% higher costs with a forecast delivery several days late. The communication then stopped from Mercury, only after they sent me a text seeking to justify why this didn't work ( I have shipped 15+ autos previously without any issues). Beware of their agent Jason Ladd, I don't know if he is representative of the companies general practices but, he will quote you on one price, and then attempt to "round up" the price. If you refuse to "round up" the quote, he will become uncooperative and not list your car.
Don't use this company avoid problems and more.
They have Poor customer service.
Did not deliver, they could not deliver our vehicle from Florida to Seattle WA. We had to drive it there ourselves because they could not provide transport. If they tell you not to worry, don't believe them. They don't actually transport anything. They rely on individual transport companies to do so. If they cant find someone to transport you vehicle, then it will just sit in your driveway. I don't recommend them if you need to transport to the west coast.
They're quick to answer the phone and take your money but once they have it no one wants to return your phone call. Terrible terrible customer service. I would find another company.
If I could give them zero or negative star, I would. Left us high and dry. When it came time to leave, and I still hadn't heard from them, we had to cancel our airline tickets, pay the airline cancellation fee, and start driving. Ended up costing us money. BEWARE.
Only deal with them if you want your car lost, terrible customer service, they will block your number so you can't get a hold of them, they lie about everything.
