Verified Renter Getting started was pretty quick and easy, only thing I had to fix when I first moved in was my lock on my door didn’t work and there was dry wall paint shaving all over the place but nothing I could just sweep up.

Verified Renter So far, my experience at The Meridian has been incredibly positive. It is a quaint community amongst a bustling city which makes a Columbus-rookie feel fairly safe. The apartments are refreshed and new at a good price, although there were a few hiccups from the start. The building we toured had an elevator. Come move-in day I found out that we had to move our furniture up via the stairs to the third floor because the building had no elevator. Great Place But…. I am a current resident. I like this place. There are a few things to watch for They tell you there are other charges for common are expenses. They don’t tell you how much this adds up. It’s more than I thought it would be. They need to just be up front and charge rents that cover the common areas. They can advertise lower rent if they do it this way. The lighting on the streets makes it look like daytime all of the time from my apartment. The windows are old and need replacing.
