I've been at... (Verified Renter) I've been at The Meridian for about a year now, and have had a great overall experience so far. I have a nice studio, with remodeled kitchen and appliances, and it's in a great location in Grandview. The gym here is nice, the pools tend to fill up quickly, and people here are generally friendly while keeping to themselves. My favorite place... (Verified Renter) My favorite place I lived, from the services, amenities, and timely maintenance. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. I enjoy going to the community center to get work done(the wifi is a solid!). The location couldn't be better, located next to Target for my girlfriend and Giant Eagle.

The maintenance team and the customer relations team are great and they always try to solve all issues in a timely manner. The TWO pools here are awesome too. Living at the... (Verified Renter) Living at the Meridian is so effortless and easy! Parking is very accessible and cheap! Perfect location and very animal friendly. Mostly young professionals living here. Two pools in the summer! Rent prices are comparable to other nearby apartment complexes.

I moved in about 5 months ago, and everyone I've encountered from the staff have always been extremely helpful and kind. They are very responsive to any questions or maintenance needs that I've had. I enjoyed the pool in the summer, a nice amenity! I also enjoy the convenience of being so close to work at the OSU med center. Overall I've had a great experience living here. Thank you!
I love living... (Verified Renter) I love living here. The buildings are quiet and the staff is friendly and responsive. I might be close to downtown, but I feel like I live in a small community. They constantly improve the buildings and the grounds. I feel safe here and I am thankful they are pet friendly. I have lived is several different apartments before, but I have never been this happy.
