Unsafe and management company doesn’t do their job or take responsibility This place has become very unsafe since the new management and they don’t care if your stuff is stolen, their response is only “well we are new”. Homeless people were sleeping in the building last week, packages are stolen all the time and cars are constantly broken into. 0/10 recommend this place

Verified Renter I have lived at the Meridian since the summer of 2019, and the level to which the quality of the property management has fallen is unbelievable. When the pandemic hit in March 2020, nearly every aspect of living at the Meridian became considerably worse. At first I understood the closure of community amenities, but after nearly a year without access to the community amenities, I am upset that more has not been done to either ensure continued access to the amenities or to give a reduction in rent. Verified Renter The walls are really thin. The windows are not well constructed. Every noise outside you can hear. Every step your upstairs neighbors take you can hear. Every noise in the hallway you can hear. I had my sister spend the weekend with me and she was shocked by the noise level of the upstairs neighbors and hallways. She said this felt like dorm living. This isnt luxury living. Outside looks nice.. inside isnt. You can find more affordable rent for better living.

Verified Renter Think twice about renting here. Location is good, but management team is not. Many issues.
Verified Renter Good place to live, but management needs to be more responsive with concerns raised by people. They seem to not take them seriously.
The walls are... (Verified Renter) The walls are very thin. You can hear everything, especially if youre on the second floor with a tenant above AND below you. Not a very relaxing place to live.
Do not live here Over 55 a month in hidden fees each month. Parking that no one is ever parked legally and it is difficult for a resident to find a spot. Hallways carpet is in horrible condition. If a package sits too long in the package room they will charge you. Dog crap everywhere cause residence don’t regularly clean up so watch your step.
