Verified Renter Apartments are cheap for a reason, because it's the only thing keeping residents here. Property management is terrible, but the real problem is that the owners won't give them money to fix anything. Instead of management being upfront with residents about what's going on, they will continue to lie to your face and make false promises. NEW MANAGEMENT AS OF JAN 2025 - DONT MOVE HERE This place changed management in January. Type of management change that is just going to remove a bunch of amenities (they can’t even fill out the dog poop bag dispensers anymore) and up the rent to increase bottom line. Rude staff. Unfortunate, place was nice. I’ll be leaving when my lease is up no doubt. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

Stay away. Completely and totally unsafe community, more of a frat house feeling than a home. If you like your stuff broken into and stolen. Your sleep interrupted by constantly loud and obnoxious noise from people being drunk at all hours of the night then this place is for you!

Unsafe and management company doesn’t do their job or take responsibility This place has become very unsafe since the new management and they don’t care if your stuff is stolen, their response is only “well we are new”. Homeless people were sleeping in the building last week, packages are stolen all the time and cars are constantly broken into. 0/10 recommend this place

Verified Renter I have lived at the Meridian since the summer of 2019, and the level to which the quality of the property management has fallen is unbelievable. When the pandemic hit in March 2020, nearly every aspect of living at the Meridian became considerably worse. Verified Renter The walls are really thin. The windows are not well constructed. Every noise outside you can hear. Every step your upstairs neighbors take you can hear. Every noise in the hallway you can hear. I had my sister spend the weekend with me and she was shocked by the noise level of the upstairs neighbors and hallways. She said this felt like dorm living. This isnt luxury living. Outside looks nice.. inside isnt. You can find more affordable rent for better living.
