My boyfriend's apartment takes over 2 weeks to solve any kind of service concern and my longest wait time was 3 days and that was because it was on a weekend. If I make a service request on a weekday it's usually addressed within 24 hours. I've always been happy with the customer service provided by The Meridian. They really want to get to know you. An amazing place... (Verified Renter) An amazing place to live. I was immediately welcomed into the community by the staff and the residents, which made a tremendous difference in my transition to Columbus. The staff is incredible, the residents are my friends, and not to mention, my puppy has plenty of friends as well!

Verified Renter The exterior appearance of the buildings was beautiful before renovation; not so after that. Apartments are somewhat better but not exceedingly so. Some people in the leasing office are wonderful. I wish I could name them.
