Very great area!... (Verified Renter) Very great area! Love the parking garage attached to the building. Landscape is well maintained except for dog poop everywhere. Only 1 pool is done and we were promised 2. When I signed my lease they said I would have a special code for my guests when they visit and I would be notified via an app. Obviously that did not happen.
My leasing agents... (Verified Renter) My leasing agents were everything! If the rest of the Meridian staff is as helpful & knowledgeable as Jessica & Santino then I can see I'm going to be with this company for a long, long time!
I moved in... (Verified Renter) I moved in on my move in day with ease. Katie Murnen and Jordan were a lot of help. The apartment is perfect and priced reasonably for the location. Completely updated and very spacious.
Very friendly community.... (Verified Renter) Very friendly community. Lots of useful stores and nice restaurants very close by. Nice area to walk dog, but no safe off leash area to give dog necesssry exercise. Picking up after dog not enforeced. No real grass, so if your dog is allergic to mulch beware. Area right outside of complex is sketch, but further away is nice!
Great place that is getting even better I moved in about a month ago. I can highly recommend this place. The complex is very nice, and they continue to upgrade the rooms and common areas under new ownership. The rental process was very smooth and easy. Cori, the Leasing Consultant who helped me, was awesome. She handled everything efficiently and was very patient and thorough in answering questions and addressing concerns. It is on the higher end price-wise, but worth it in my opinion.

Review Great place to live with excellent new management team! Management puts together events (tailgates, parties, celebrations, etc)where they provide food and beverages. Great location with updated amenities. Timely response by maintenance team (problems resolved within 24 hours).

NEW MANAGEMENT AS OF JAN 2025 - DONT MOVE HERE This place changed management in January. Type of management change that is just going to remove a bunch of amenities (they can’t even fill out the dog poop bag dispensers anymore) and up the rent to increase bottom line. Rude staff. Unfortunate, place was nice. I’ll be leaving when my lease is up no doubt. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

Stay away. Completely and totally unsafe community, more of a frat house feeling than a home. If you like your stuff broken into and stolen. Your sleep interrupted by constantly loud and obnoxious noise from people being drunk at all hours of the night then this place is for you!
