Think twice before... (Verified Renter) Think twice before renting here. Very poor response for safety required repairs.
The building looks... (Verified Renter) The building looks nice outside, but the inside is the opposite and not kept clean.
I hope that... (Verified Renter) I hope that the next people to live in our apartment won't have to deal with the grotesque bug issue that we have. Silverfish appear at least 3 times per week, of all sizes and in every room of the apartment. We've contacted management several times, and their only "solution" is to spray chemicals in our apartment, but it obviously hasn't worked thus far. Moving out in July. Thank goodness. Be warned
The exterior appearance... (Verified Renter) The exterior appearance of the buildings was beautiful before renovation; not so after that. Apartments are somewhat better but not exceedingly so. Some people in the leasing office are wonderful. I wish I could name them.
Do not recommend I lived at Meridian for 2 years and lived through the renovations. The renovations done were sub-par. Nice finishes but when I moved in to a renovated unit there was glue all over the floors and carpet, dried paint on the doors that had dripped down, etc. The walls/windows/floors are poorly insulated so be ready for expensive heating/AC bills. I paid around $200/mo for a one bedroom apartment. If you have a dog, I hope they enjoy using the bathroom on turf! (My dog certainly did not). Parking is always hard ... read more

Great location but... (Verified Renter) Great location but very unreliable. Amenities under constant cuntrustion, random changes to the lease, and zero compensation for either of these issues. We would be able to justify the price of the apartment if we were truly getting what we originally signed up for. Nice staff,m but horribly unorganized.
