I am the director of the physical therapy and occupational therapy services provided on site at Meridian Lake San Marcos and I couldn't ask for a better community to work in. The staff work hard but always have a smile on their faces and have a sense of family. The residents are active and engaged in so many activities, from water aerobics to a chimes choir. It's a beautiful environment to work in but, more importantly, it's the residents and the staff that make it such a lovely place.
