RecommendedMy husnand and I have lived here about a year and a half now. With the help of Shaun, we were able to move into our beautiful apartment that has been turned out perfect for us. I have lived here at the Meridian for over two years. I have a beautiful 1800 square-foot apartment that overlooks the clubhouse, courtyard, and the pool. The lifestyle that I enjoy here at this community is far superior to anywhere else that I investigated/searched. Shaun McGurk brings life and laughter to our lives every day. My parents only moved here in late September after I made a quick call and spoke with Sean about having them take a tour. An apartment became available much sooner than we could have imagined. Not only did the entire staff welcome them with open arms, but they accepted our entire family. We have lived at the Meridian 3 1/2 years and in that time things have changed in many ways for the better. We chose this community because of the activities. Over the years they have increased many fold. The activity department is always active, seeing that all residents have the opportunity to chose what they wish to participate in. I have been living at The Meridian at lake San Marcos since the beginning of March. I have fallen in love with my apartment and all the meridian has to offer. Immediately after I moved in we went on lock down due to the Coronavirus. Since then it seems like we have all lost more and more freedom because of the virus. My dad has been a resident here since Sept. 2016. The staff has been nothing but helpful, courteous, kind, and understanding! They work very diligently to have activities for the residents. My dad plays poker, trivial pursuit, and occasionally bingo. He works out in the gym and watches movies in the theater several times per week. I work in the healthcare field, and I always enjoy when I have the opportunity to work at The Meridian. I also enjoy when i am able to refer a client to this community. The staff, Tee, Launa, Shaun, Jessica, Socorro, Austin, are extremely professional and care about their residents. The Meridian has the highest quality of care. Our aunt recently moved into The Meridian and it has been such a blessing. Her home was becoming too much for her and depressing. She had no socialization, and nothing to do all day except watch TV. We found out about the meridian from a friend and decided to take a few looks. We got her settled into her studio, with the help of Shaun and Austin, which was a perfect size for her, and she has since blossomed.
