Meets expectations Meet expectations
Great printer, does everything, doesn't use a lot of ink. This is the 2nd one of these I have bought. One for my husband a year ago and one for my daughter recently. They do pretty much everything. Love that we can connect his computer, my computer, both our tablets and both our phones...all wiresly. Scans to legal size. Prints quickly. Huge ink tanks so you don't have to buy ink every month. Best printer I've owned--saves a great deal on ink! Over a year later, I'm still on the original ink that came with the printer. As an environmentalist, I love that! I love the way this printer prevents wasted ink if you don't print on a regular basis all the time. Occasionally, when I turn on the surge protector my Brothers is plugged into, but before I've turned the printer on, it will start making noises as if its going through a head cleaning. Easy setup, trouble-free use for over 18 months We bought two of these over a year ago for our engineering firm and it's been problem-free except for the occasional print-head cleaning. Which is expected when we are averaging about 1,250 pages per month on each printer between 17 of our 25 employees.

Very pleased Purchased in Mary 2017, for $199 I think. I've used it lots!!!! photo quality isn't great, but rest of print quality is fine for home/office. Among the reasons I purchased it is that it will use non-proprietary inks costing much, much less, and they've worked fine. Best part? Their customer service. Based in the Dominican Republic; they've been absolutely wonderful when I've need them. Can't say enough good things about them. I wish I could give all of them a raise!

Great unit and great price Used as home printer and some small insurance business. Works great, love it. Do not know how long the ink lasts yet, but have had for a couple of months.
Great all around printer Now into our 2nd set of inks (got the High Yield) and satisfied with consistent print quality, ink yield, and easy connectivity. Not the best photo printer, but we do not expect that from a 4 color office printer. Print quality in standard paper mode is high, but if you switch to inkjet specific paper mode its very slow but text and business graphics are as good as can be expected. We consider it the best cost for this kind of output, especially for ledger size output.
