Great All-in-One; Easy to setup and use! I was very impressed by a few aspects of this Brother All-in-One: * Print quality - print quality was very good for an office printer. Resolution was high with relatively accurate colors (however some color mixing was noticeable). Its not a photo-printer, but it is more than sufficient for 99% of tasks you might do in a home office. Nice printer with many great features. Color prints are nice and vibrant. This is a definite improvement over the Brother printer I got last year which I'm still using on papers that aren't important or need color saturation. Right out of the box, the old one never printed nice vibrant colors. I could have never printed a photograph off of it. Even having it set on vivid I got very pale print outs. Big, Great printer, home or office Like most printers they all are set up relatively the same. This one was no difference except that it is a bit bigger than the printer it is replacing. So far the color and ink is crisp when printed, we will see how long the ink cartridges last though.I do like the fact that this printer holds a lot of paper. A Five Star Printer, All The Way! Set up was rather typical, except I did have a slight problem with the CD but after a tad of fussing I had it running. Just about like all other printers I have installed. This printer is larger and heavier than any other I have had in the past. Great quality option The quality of this printer is great, and I think reasonably priced as well. I recommend this printer to anyone who has a small business or needs a printer at home. Don't waste your money Worst printer I ever purchased
not consistent Goes offline frequently and now trouble with scanning and will not print. very disappointed
Connection Issues I bought this printer because of its higher rating but my experience has been disappointing. As far as print quality and scanning, it performs well - but ONLY when the connection is not lost. Wifi printing was spotty at best so I ran a long USB cable directly to the printer. The printer still loses its connection with a USB connection and shows as "Offline" in the printer dialog box on the computer. I often must turn off the printer and reboot for it to be recognized by the computer. I'm running a 2019 iMac... read more
